The New York Auto Show always brings great things to the automotive industry, and Nissan has taken this one step further with this years offering. A Nismo tuned 350Z sports coupe.
The Nismo tuned 350Z is sure to take a viewer's breath away at first glance. A full aerodynamic ground effects kit has been added to the exterior of the coupe. New front and rear bumpers, side skirts, and an aggressive rear spoiler give the car a mean stance. Huge 18 and 19 inch RAYS forged wheels have been wrapped in Bridgestone rubber and fitted to the 350. Huge Brembo brakes are installed by the factory, and provide neck-snapping deceleration on command. A Nismo tuned sports exhaust has also been added to the car, providing a howl that pierces the silence when needed, but can be as docile as a mouse when necessary. The standard 350Z six speed manual transmission is fitted to the car. Some enthusiasts will be saddened that Nismo didn't delve into the engine more, but why fix it if its not broken, right? The 3.5 liter remains stock, while Nissan enthusiasts eagerly wait for Nissan to put the 3.7 liter engine from the Infinity G37 sports coupe between the fenderwells. But that would make it the 370Z, right?
Stay tuned to RPM Planets for more exciting debuts from the New York Auto Show.
