Corvette C6R Ready for the 2006 AMLS Season

With it’s outstanding 2005 record the 2006 season should be very exciting for Chevrolet and dedicated race fans. The two-car team’s impressive GT1 class record for 2005 will be challenging to top in 2006.

Chevrolet has an impressive record going with their C6R teams. The drivers are well qualified, that combined with top-notch equipment, and factory backing this team will be a very tough competitor. I look forward to seeing them race when ALMS visits my local track this summer. There is something very special about a hard-core racecar with its fabulous V8 sound lapping in close proximity to this fan.
