Audi RS4 Convertible A No-Show for the US |

For those holding off on the Audi RS4 hardtop with hopes of feeling the wind in your hair, better go ahead and pick your coupe up. Rumors are coming out that Audi will not be releasing the convertible version of its brutal, vicious, and downright insane sports sedan, the RS4.
Politics and economic factors seem to be the reasons for keeping it from America; apparently the exchange rate isn't favorable for the RS4 Cabriolet. This is sad news, as the 420 horsepower V8 engine would provide quite the Sunday drive with the top down. While this is all speculative, Audi could change its mind at any minute and make all the soft-top lovers happy; the outlook doesn't look good. However, rolling all four windows down and letting the V8 engine sing could cure some sadness. Stay tuned to RPM Planets for any updates on the status of the RS4 Cabriolet.
