Here is a glimpse of the next Audi, the S3. It is expected to make its public debut sometime this fall in Paris. This hot little hatch will only be on sale in the European markets for the time being, as Audi usually waits a while before importing cars like the S4, S6, and S8 to the U.S. The S3 you see here comes with a beefed up version of the VW GTI 2.0L that now pumps out 265 turbocharged horsepower and 258 ft-lbs. of torque. The S3 also gets a 6 speed manual with Quattro all wheel drive to add to the everyday practicality of Audi’s lineup. As with any sport model, the suspension is adjusted for improved handling and better stopping via bigger brakes and tires. The S3 will debut at a 2007 model for roughly 45,000 U.S. dollars.
