Reports indicate that TVR will be returning to the American market once their Speed6 engine can be reconfigured to meet American emissions requirements. Once the second largest manufacture of sports cars in Europe, TVR is trying to re-establish themselves in the sports car market once again. "My intention to expand the sales and distribution of TVR cars throughout Europe, the USA and markets throughout the rest of the world is a key part of the business strategy of the company." stated Nikolai Smolenski [of TVR]. Looking back, no one really knows what happened to TVR. Was it a lack of technology in their models? Was it the continual changing of hands? Or did they just run out of steam on their own? What ever the cause before, TVR is making a comeback. Look for TVR cars to show up on American roads once again, reiterating their [TVR] knowledge of how to build a "proper" sports car.
