Building upon the noble design of Imperials of the 1930s and 1950s, Chrysler designers have done well to capitalize on the regal nature of the new Imperial luxury sedan. The new flagship car will aim to please on the aspects of elegance, style, comfort, and smoothness.
The Imperials crisp exterior lines are well connected to denote luxury without complexity. Following suit with other successful cars in the DMC lineup, the Imperial takes classic design (e.g. the 300) and applies modern luxury along with contemporary styling to make an eye-pleasing vehicle. A comfortable ride, courtesy of a 123-inch wheelbase along with 22-inch aluminum wheels, gives the Imperial a stature on its treads that is truly unique.
Other pleasantries exist in the interior, making the Imperial a true drivers car. Reduced clutter, bells & whistles, a touch pad with simplistic controls all make the Imperial a true drivers car. Front seat occupants are well enclosed within the plush front seats, while still maintaining an excellent external view. Rear passengers are not ignored either; in fact, they have the option to recline their seats for a relaxing moment or to watch a movie on the DVD system.
Illumination has moved to the next stage as well, with LED setups providing a modern ambience to the vehicles inner surroundings. From the instrument panel, to the cove lighting on the headliner, occupants will notice the futuristic, yet familiar lighting and enjoy the warmth it provides.
